Fees and payment

1. To participate at the Festival, students have to pay the registration fee and then the participation fee.

2. The registration fee will be refunded in case of not-admission, which will be communicated by email.

3. Moreover, a refund of the participation fees can only be given either if the course has to be canceled by the organizer or if the organizer succeeds in replacing someone from a name on the waiting list.

4. Pay the registration and participation fees (amount depending on the course) only by bank transfer. Below are the Festival’s bank account details:

This bank account is the same one used for the payment of the Guesthouse Food and accommodation costs. Pay attention that bank charges will be at your expense and all bank charges must be paid by the student. If there is a difference in the amount of money transferred, the student will be asked to pay the difference in cash and in euro (€) during his/her stay in Duino.

5. The fee costs are the following:

• Registration fee
  For all the AWF courses, both Active and Passive participation – 150 €
  
  DEADLINE: May 30th 2024
  
  The proof of the registration fee’s payment must be sent by email to info@adriaticwoodwindsfestival.it together with the CV and short video, otherwise, the application will be not considered valid and complete.

• Participation fee
  Flute and Clarinet
  Active participation fee – 600€
  Passive participation (Listener) fee -100€
  
  Oboe, Bassoon, Bass Clarinet and Saxophone
  Active participation fee – 500€
  Passive participation (Listener) fee -100€
  
  DEADLINE: June 30th 2024

5. The proof of the participation fee payment must be sent by email to info@adriaticwoodwindsfestival.it, otherwise the application process will be not considered completed and the student’s place can be replaced.

The price difference between the AWF courses’ participation fees is due to the presence of the professional piano accompanist during the individual lessons (see art. 14 and 15 of “Terms and Conditions”)
